Touchstone Mala Design provides free shipping for all orders over 75.00$ within Canada. Orders can take approximately 1-7 business days. Please review your tracking number with Canada Post to follow the journey of your package.

United States
A shipping rate of $15 will apply to all orders.

Orders can take approximately 7-15 business days. Please review your tracking number with Canada Post/FedEx to follow the journey of your package.

International Shipping
Please contact info@touchstonemala.com directly for any shipping requests outside of Canada or the United States.

Shipping Policies
Touchstone Mala Design will not refund shipping charges if your parcel does not arrive on time. These times are approximations provided by Canada Post so Touchstone Mala is not responsible for items arriving after the suggested time frame.

The risk of loss for all merchandise ordered on this website passes to you the buyer, when the merchandise is delivered to our shipping carrier. Touchstone Mala is not responsible for items that are not delivered or items that are delivered late.

Custom Orders
Custom orders are hand-made on a case-by-case basis so an additional 1-2 weeks will be added to regular shipping times to allow for specific mala design and creation.
